Malik met Rao after his return from Islamabad where he held consultations with the Pakistan polity on the forthcoming gathering between the external secretaries of the digit countries. After a 14-month hiatus, Bharat on January 28 offered to stop talks with Pakistan in New Delhi. Pakistan acknowledged the substance terminal Friday.
