Secretary irrigation, Raja Riaz Zulfiqar Khosa and honcho secretary representing Punjab whereas a delegation of Sindh comprised of Irrigation Minister Shuja Junejo, A N D Abbasi and Idrees Rajput. Sindh already had disagreement with Punjab over liquid distribution issue and it also periodically spoken reservations on projects like Thar canal.
