SC hears judges’ appointment delay case

A five-member bench of Supreme Court headed by Justice Shakirullah Jan conducting chance of fivesome petitions filed against retard in judges designation in the crack judiciary. Akram Sheikh advocate, professional of one of the petitioner, said 31 judges have been appointed but ease there are individual vacant posts. He said government has unsuccessful to inform the record of judicial consultations regarding designation of judges in the court. Attorney General Mansoor Khan submitted his cursive reply in the suite and in his remarks said that petitions filed in judges’ case are supported on ill- intention. Justice Jawwad S Khawaja has directed the professional generalized not to ingest much kind of words. Later, the chance has been adjourned for a break.
