The petitions were condemned up for chance by the five-member governance headed by Justice Shakirullah Jan. The petitions were filed by Supreme Court Bar, metropolis High Court Bar, Punjab Government, Watan Party, Nadeed Ahmed Advocate and Khadim Malik challenging retard in judges appiontment.
