Defence ministry asked to explain in missing persons’ case

The PHC heard the instrument petitions filed most feat of absent persons today (Tuesday). Chief Justice metropolis High Court Justice Afzal Khan told the suite that Muhammad calif and Hafiz-ur-Rehman of metropolis and Kurram Agency’s Noor Syed were picked up by info agencies. Deputy Attorney General Iqbal Mohmand provided info of the absent persons. The court, supply attending to the defence ministry, asked it to clarity.
