The primary governance held a gathering soon after its formation by the Chief Justice of Pakistan and suspended the Presidentâs selection of judgesâ appointment, declaring it a ravishment of Article-177 of the Constitution. Justice Khwaja Muhammad Sharif and Justice Mian Saqib Nisar module move to help as Chief Justice of metropolis High Court (LHC) and grownup determine LHC respectively, the governance said. Khwaja as its members. Meanwhile, Additional Registrar Supreme Court Qasi Sajid provided the details/ records in unification with judges designation to the primary bench. Earlier, President Asif calif Zardari elevated Justice Khwaja Sharif as SC determine and Justice Saqib Nisar as Acting CJ of LHC finished an official notification. However, Justice Khwaja Sharif and Justice Saqib Nisar refused to accept the selection of the government. Later, the primary governance adjourned its proceeding till Feb 18. The 5-member SC governance which had been constituted for taking up the housing of delay in judgesâ designation module take the proceeding ahead. Additional Secretary Law, Attorney Generals of Pakistan and the four advocate generals hit been summoned.
